When a child dies or is seriously injured, the lives of families and entire communities are changed forever. In the United States, injuries are the #1 killer of kids. Millions more are injured in ways that can affect them for a lifetime.
This is a problem we can solve. That's what Safe Kids Day is all about.
Join us on May 18, 2013 as we celebrate Safe Kids Day all around the country. Our goal is to raise awareness about the ways we can protect our children from preventable injuries, and to raise funds to support our local and national injury prevention programs.
